African Heritage Festival Anne Arundel County

The African Heritage Festival of Anne Arundel County is a vibrant annual celebration that brings together African immigrants, families, community leaders, businesses, and friends of Africa to celebrate the rich diversity of African culture and heritage. Organized by African Diaspora Affairs of Anne Arundel County, the festival provides a welcoming platform for communities from across Maryland to experience African music, dance, food, fashion, art, entrepreneurship, and cultural traditions. More than a cultural celebration, the festival strengthens community connections, promotes African-owned businesses, encourages civic and community engagement, and creates opportunities for organizations and partners to connect directly with Maryland’s growing African diaspora.
